Tooth extraction
Teeth damaged by decay or fracture are treated by the dentist with a filling, crown or other treatment method. However, sometimes the damage to the tooth is so great that the tooth becomes incurable. Therefore, the tooth must be extracted.
Your medical and dental history is learned by your dentist. X-rays are taken to make the best plan for the extraction of the tooth. If all impacted teeth are to be extracted, panoramic x-rays can be taken where all teeth can be seen.
Cyst Operation (Apical Resection)
In cysts that cover a larger part of the jaw, another method is often used. The mucosa is removed with the period, exposing the entire cyst area.
Since most of the time, there is fluid in the cyst, the cyst cavity is cleaned by washing it carefully. Then the removed part is placed in the cyst cavity and fixed in it with the help of an antiseptic tampon. As soon as the gingiva deposited in this space becomes stationary, the buffer is removed.
